registration and fees
It is an offer that enables our conference delegates pay less, yet it has a limited time. You can reach the dates of Early Bird registration fees on the conference web page that you are going to attend.
There are two options:
* Option 1 - Bank transfer
* Option 2 - PayPal

Yes. If the accepted additional papers are for the same conference venue and date, then you are required to pay for each additional paper apart from the main conference registration fees. More details can be found under the Registration section.
To register as a PhD student you are required to provide a valid proof from your institution.
You will receive hard copy of the payment receipt at the conference registration desk. Unless stated otherwise, the receipt will be issued on the name of the registered participant. If you need different receipt please let us now and provide us details in advance.
SUBMISSION
Abstract is submitted as a part of the Registration form. You will need to provide author(s) information, abstract title, abstract (150-300 words) and 3-5 keywords. Please visit Abstract submission or Registration section of the website.
The submission of a paper is not mandatory, but we would greatly appreciate your contribution to our publication. It is the best way to record the great work from presenters and it adds the academic component to the conference that we are looking for.
After the conference and based upon the potential feedback received, you can submit your full paper for the Conference Proceedings (deadline: September 1st, 2025) or for one of the partner journals (deadline October 1st). Please visit the Publications section of the website for more details.
All full papers are subject to a double-blind review process, regardless of the publishing option.
travel, visas and accomodation
If you are unsure whether you need a visa to attend the conference, please check with your local embassy or travel agent. If you do, it is essential that you begin the process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the conference or registration deadline. Subject to certain conditions, we can provide a standard invitation letter to assist you with your visa application.
For the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications a letter of invitation can be issued. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If you require a letter of invitation, please register and pay for the conference. Once the payment has been received, please provide your full details for issuing the invitation letter via email.
The authors whose papers are accepted for the conference can request an invitation letter for conference participation. Invitation letter is issued on the name of account owner upon full registration and payment received.
Please visit conference web site and register as listener to get an invitation letter. Upon confirmation of your conference registration and payment received, an invitation letter will be issued on the name of account owner.
There is no particular hotel or another accommodation associated with the conference. Booking is on completely according to your own preferences.

Applicants for Program committee membership should have at least Ph.D. degree. In order to apply for committee membership, you are supposed to attend at least one GAME conference and send an email inquiry via info@gameconference.eu. Upon approval of membership, committee members are provided with a personal membership approval letter.
The Conference offers the opportunity for those who want to become a sponsor or exhibitor in the Conference. Please send an email to: info@gameconference.eu
Conference participant will always have an opportunity to present the paper via online conference session and all conference materials will be delivered digitally to the participant.
